Vsphere web client -> Administration-> Single Sign-On -> Configuration -> Idemtity Source
Add the AD LDAP information.
Username can be a service account limited to accessing the LDAP.
Domain Alias is the NETBIOS domain name.
You can specify the identity source a a default.
